Chris has been a Realtor in Gainesville for over 9 years achieving over 85 million in production and over 300 transactions for his office and team. Chris is most proud of being honored by his peers for demonstrating Balance and Family values. Chris grew up in Gainesville and attended the University of Florida, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. After college, he lived in New York, Charleston, Tampa, and Baton Rouge working in hospitality, management, sales, and customer service positions. Living in different places has taught him invaluable lessons in life and provided him the opportunity to meet amazing people from all walks of life. When he is not helping families with their real estate needs, he enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He is very thankful to raise his family in his hometown and give back to this wonderful community.

When choosing a realtor most buyers want to find someone who will look out for their best interests and not someone who is just looking to make a quick commission. I was about to put in an offer on a home when Chris investigated decades of work permits that indicated numerous foundation issues over time. Chris advised me to pass on the house, and in doing so he delayed his potential commission but proved to me he was truly my advocate in a complicated real estate market. Our recent investment property purchase was simplified and streamlined as a result of his efforts. Exceptional and “left no stone unturned” in the following areas: negotiating, current property condition assessment, fact finding and historical data, ensuring numbers supported the buyers side, communication and updates on timeline, analysis from offer to close. He is very detailed. There are a lot of “good agents” out there… so that can work for example on the “vacant lot” purchase for like 10 grand.
